We got to know that a great percentage of our body is made up of water, and that we lose water every day and need to recover it.
We also learned that most of the drinks we usually have (juices, fizzy drinks, flavored water) contain large amounts of sugar and artificial components that our body does not need.
We read labels to obtain nutritional information and ingredients, and realized that we could always choose what to drink.
Now, we have many reasons for choosing fresh water. Cheers!
